  1. Synopsis:
  2.    set blink_video [on|off|toggle]
  3.  
  4. Description:
  5.    This setting controls how blinking text is displayed in the input line
  6.    and the display window.  If it is turned on, the BLINK key function
  7.    (usually ^F; Control-F) will toggle blinking text on and off.  If off, it
  8.    will strip out all BLINKs In the displayed text, effectively disabling
  9.    blinking text.
